The shareholders of Sino Swiss Inspection Company (SSIC) and Cotecna International Trade Consulting (Shanghai) Limited (CITC) have decided to merge the two companies.
After the merger, all assets and debts belonging to CITC will be transferred to and owned/borne by SSIC.
Since Sep 1st, 2018, all the official invoices concerning CITC related business need to be issued to/from Sino-Swiss Inspection Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch.
