As part of the project to deploy our risk management solution, CRMS to Congolese customs, Cotecna, through Edem DOGBE, regional head of CRMS based in Senegal, recently gave a one-week training course to managers in charge of managing the transfer of the application at the customs administration level.
This training is part of the planning phase, the aim of which is to determine the functional and technical specifications of this transfer. Many working sessions were held between Cotecna, the Departmental Customs Directorate, the Customs Investigation Department, the Customs operational teams and the IT team of the Ministry of Finance. At the end of this phase, which ended on 22 May, the project entered the development phase designed to enable CRMS to be deployed to customs by the end of August 2019.
