The Hainan Expo was a premier international exhibition dedicated to consumer products held between 7-10 May 2021 and endorsed by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce and the Hainan Provincial Government.
As a world’s leading organisation in TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification) industry, Cotecna was delighted to have successfully made its debut at the first China International Consumer Products Expo (Hainan Expo).
The Hainan Expo attracted participation of 630 international companies, representing 69 different countries and regions.
Cotecna presented its state-of-the-art solutions to facilitate trade and make supply chains safer, more sustainable and efficient for its global clients. As an ideal platform to showcase what the Hainan Free Trade Port has to offer, the Hainan Expo demonstrated China’s commitment to open-up and integrate with the world. The event was a great opportunity for Cotecna to express its determination and ongoing commitment to develop our services in the Chinese market.
On 7th May, Cotecna was invited to attend the Opening Ceremony of the Swiss National Pavilion, where Mr. Frank Pan, Vice President of Cotecna North Asia, met with H.E. Mr. Bernardino Regazzoni, Swiss Ambassador to China, and Mr. Yves Morath, Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of Switzerland in China.
The following day, H.E. Mr. Bernardino Regazzoni and his delegation visited the Cotecna exhibition booth itself. Frank Pan and Cotecna China’s management team were delighted to give a warm welcome to the delegation and briefed them on what Cotecna Group has accomplished globally and in China. The ambassador highly recognised and praised Cotecna’s achievements and encouraged Cotecna to seize the opportunities presented through global platforms like the Hainan Expo, and to continue our growth and making outstanding contributions for global trade.
